Horribly designed product tha came damaged 2 times

The product came with wires that were tampered and didn't work from the beginning. The refrigerator is huge on the outside and horribly designed and very small on the inside. It's super shallow and barely fits food for two people. The shelves aren't even long enough for a carton of eggs and the cubbies on the side are tiny. Do not waste your time or money on this product. I'm so over GE . . . .

Had it installed for less than a week and the compressor went out in the middle of the night and all my food was ruined. GE can™€™t repair it for 20 days!!! This is the biggest mess. Super unhappy. Also, the water pitcher doesn™€™t work because the pressure isn™€™t high enough according to the repair man. However the line was fine with my previous refrigerator. He also said that he can™€™t pull it out to see because they won™€™t let him. So, who is supposed to do that!?! Don™€™t buy it.

I have had my 36" fridge only...no freezer...for about 3 months. I have noticed my fruits and veggies last and stay fresh far longer than I ever could imagine! Absolutely a game changer I wasn't even aware of when I purchased it! Love the shelving, the lighting, the door is open alarm, etc. There is zero downside to this fridge. Very happy with this investment!

Backordered & PaidOrder Never Fufilled after 18+ M

We pre-ordered this refrigerator and paid for it in November of 2021. However, due to several issues with this model it has never arrived. It is now the end of February of 2023 and we are still waiting. We've been told there are widespread issues on this model and there is a quality control hold on any going out to customers. There is no ETA on when we will receive it. Extemely disapointed that it has taken this long and there is no end in sight for an arrival date.

Poor reliability

I have my second all refrigerator from Monogram. The first lasted 12 years with many service calls. My second is almost 2 years old with a failure of the sealed cooling system. It has been out of service for 5 weeks with the replacement part on backorder for another 5 weeks. I'm so glad I spent the equivalent of 2 refrigerators for more years of headaches. Next time the wife will just have to be disappointed and not have a wood panel on the refrigerator.
