Fridge is just under 2 years old and already the freezer fan died and had to be replaced--and it wasnt covered under the warranty I ended up spending almost 50 of what I originally paid for the fridge so this was an expensive and disappointing fix.

I was disappointed with this newer version of this model. I bought the exact same fridge a year ago and purchased it again thinking I was getting the same one. This newer version did not come with a pantry drawer the bottom door shelf and it did not come with an ice maker like my older model.

We have this for about a month and so far the only compliant I have is there is no lunch meat drawer. We did not notice that at the time of purchase but boy did we notice it afterwards. We bought an after market add on which is working ok. After we installed the fridge in its new home we realized the doors needed to be swapped. This was not an easy job and took us about 4 hours to complete. Not a fun day to day the say the least.

I purchased this LG Refrigerator New on 08/02/23 and received it on 08/10/23. It has been working perfectly. WHAT REALLY surprised me I set the controls to the 2nd light and let it cool for approx. 2 hours and then checked the Refrigerators temperature and it was going to 36 degrees I then checked the Freezer temperature and it was going down to near 0 degrees the noise level is extremely low. My wife and I are Older Folks and know a thing or two and I feel safe to say THIS IS A WELL DESIGNED Refrigerator and we Love it. We have ours in the Kitchen.

Im really liking this refrigerator after using it for a month. My only complaints are that it should come with a built in ice maker and that the freezer should have a light otherwise its perfect. I love the wide door bins that can accommodate gallon milk jugs and large juice bottles. Overall its a very nice unit.

Yes its a large top freezer fridge. Didnt realize before I bought it all my kids magnetic items wont stick to front of fridge it has stainless steel doors. The doors have very weak magnets that hold the doors close. I have been having issues with the fridge part keeping food cold. Freezer works fine just not the fridge. I have called LG for service number and have gotten case number with promise a service technician would call with date they can come work on it. I have not received this called yet. it been near 2 months. The top tempered glass shelf in fridge has has plastic molding around it. It has cracked all on its own. One of the freezer door shelves fell off the door one day and crack also. The plastic is very brittle. As I have had this for near 5 months now I can say the only Pluses is its size and water dispenser.

Avoid buying this Absolutely horrible Not even 1 year - Fan motor went out. It comes with icemaker and water dispenser features but you have the choice of only using one. We had several technicians try to figure out adapter installations so we are able to use both - no resolve. This is a cheap low blow to customers and quick cash grab for LG. Nice size fridge and freezer for the price. Water filter and dispenser on inside of fridge is a nice feature at this price range. LED lighting and basic electronic controls are also nice features. Fridge and freezer work very well and maintain temperatures without issue. The only complaint I have is changing which side the doors open on is a real time consuming pain in the rear. Hinge pins and bracket orientation changes are extensive and pins can be hard to remove from bracket.

Ok fridge terrible install/haul away

Ive had the fridge for about a month now and it is fine - decent fridge with a lot of space. The only downsides are the lack of an ice maker and the interior placement of the water dispenser but that is probably how they kept the cost down so you cant knock them too much given the fridges affordable price. The big downside is with LGs free installation and haul away. The company they pay to install/haul away dropped the fridge off and then refused to come back to install it or haul away the old fridge. In the end I had to install it myself and get rid of the old fridge on Facebook. So - the fridge is ok but I wouldnt trust LG when they say theyll install or haul away. Be ready for endless frustration and non-responsive customer support.

I am happy with my fridge but not Home Depot ..they never helped me with the dent in freezer door and I documented it in ample time ..I do think this fridge is great just constant cleaning fingerprints off outside I wish I got the finish that was fingerprintless if it was available..I love the water filter and having cold water that tastes wonderful ..I just had called to get help with purchases of the bin and to be on the filter replacement plan but I think the computer or some was down..however I was also trying to register my product ..so so far I did get that help at the LG side..But I am upset no one cares I have a ding in my freezer door and I have a claim in since tge 30th of June from other issues I bought four appliances and zero follow up with Home DepotI will be contacting corporate.

I bought an icemaker for this unit because it does not come with one. The icemaker did not work. The repair man determined the fridge was built with the wrong wire harness which is not a service item. Ive been waiting almost 2 months for my money back because it was deemed unrepairable. It took me 3 phone calls 1 hour per call and 3 different customer service reps to submit the documentation for refund.

Cheap fridge ok quality

Looks decent has good space. Water dispenser is convenient but you will only get 2 classes of cold water before you need to close the door and wait for a few hours. You get what you pay for. Not even 2 years old and all of the plastic frames of the shelves are cracked. The refrigeration system has been loud since purchase. This is due to the latest generation of refrigerants all refrigerators use these days. Even when off the refrigeration system is loud. Upon compressor shut down you will hear the propane/butane refrigerant boiling off/ bubbling as the system equalizes. You will be able to hear all of this in any adjoining room possibly further. This refrigerator would get 3 stars if the ice maker kit was ever in stock. Due to covid shortages the fridge was only sold ice maker ready. Almost 2 years later and they are almost never available.

Junk About 5 years ago we purchased a bottom freezer LG refrigerator. Was the largest 33 in wide bottom freezer. It stopped working. We needed a new refrigerator ASAP. Went and purchased this one about 4 months ago. Was another 24 cubic ft 33 in wide and could get it the next day. Wanted to stay with LG to match our oven and microwave. Here we are 4 months later and freezer is okay refrigerator is 55*. Removed everything from the refrigerator. Set to the coldest setting. Same results. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. 2 refrigerators in under 6 years terrible. Now have to go look for another refrigerator. Wont be an LG thats for sure

My only complaint would be for a freezer light - would be a very helpful addition. The stainless steel look does get quite messy but I dont entertain so it doesnt really bother me too much. When my refrigerator failed had to replace quickly. Did online research. Luckily this was a great choice. Temperature control is very steady. There is lots of room. ONLY things I would change: I dont like the stainless steel front that shows fingerprints easily. I wish it had a meat compartment. And the butter compartment could be a little larger. I bought this refrigerator 11 months ago. The freezer door pops open too easily when closing the fridge door. Often is stays open enough to let cool air out and warm air in. This results in ice forming all around the back of freezer compartment. This I believe resulted in the premature failure of the freezer fan and controller. It took approximately 7 weeks to repair this problem. But the problem with the door still persists which leads me to believe it will happen again. I dont believe the magnetic sealing strip around the freezer door is strong enough.

I had this fridge in my last rental and it came with the home I recently purchased. I disliked it both times and will be getting something different. Its small doesnt have an ice maker water dispenser is sooo slow and its hard to find foods because everything is low and pushed back. Without visible handles fingers prints are seen easily everywhere.

Where is it freezer light ?

Just arrive this refrigerator so far looks great I saw it The owners manual for the ENERGY STAR Qualified LG 24 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator Model # LRTLS2403S shows that there is an LED light in the freezer compartment for this model... BUT NO LIGHT in the Freezer Where is it ? Please let me know Can I buy extra light for this ?

Great Refrigerator Received Damaged SOL

I love the refrigerator except I received it in a damaged box with 4 dents in the front door. Lowes nor LG would replace the door. I have to buy a new door for a brand new refrigerator. Noone was willing to help. Not to mention Lowes charged me for two refrigerators which took 2 weeks to get a refund for. Once you pay for your appliance they can give you whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it and no one cares...

You want a honest review Here you go. I bought a new LG fridge July 22. My refrigerator quit working. 47 degrees fridge temp. Freezer-15. I called in and got told I need to do a few things. Which was difficult to understand because she spoke broken English. It took me 2 weeks to get it fixed. So in the mean time I had to buy another fridge. LG customer service is horrible. I will not buy another LG product. I have bought 2 LG products and I will not buy another.

I purchased this item within the last month. Incredibly large amount of space in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The filtered water line for getting a glass of cold water is a nice feature. Besides being the largest fridge I ever had it looks great too with the stainless steel finish.

I bought this refrigerator April 16th 23. It was delivered 21 April23. It popped the 20 amp GFCI outlet before the morning of 22 April 23ed. It has popped the GFCI 4 more times since then. LG cant seem to find my FL address even though I registered the refrigerator on their website. They keep wanting to go to TN when I havent lived there for 5 years. poor customer service
