Problems within one month don't buy

Brought from Home Depot on September 20, 2025 last week on October 22, 2025 alarm went off indicating "HI" for high temperature in the freezer. Reset seem to be working. Then over the weekend continue to go off reset every time. Called October 27, 2025 they sent a tech person out on the 28th. He says bad mother board. I got up today and alarm was going off reset. This time I checked the freezer all food was thawed I am thinking it is not the circuit board, but the compressor. Which shows up common in the Home Depot reviews. Called again they are supposed to send another tech. Means going without a freezer for weeks, hundreds of dollars lost in food waste. Mention about a replacement since don't this is already starting with problems within a month of ownership. Instead, they push an extended warranty at about 40% of the cost of the union. Better off reporting to New York State Attorney General consumer affairs division for help.

First one i had they were here to fix 4 times in first 4 months. Finally replaced with new when they couldn't fix. 1 year later compressor is bad on the replacement and now out of warranty. Family member has same model and different issues but has been repaired multiple times. Nice fridge but way too many issues!

Ice Build Up on Drawer Tracks

After 4 service calls for ice building up on the track of the freezer door to the point that the freezer would freeze shut my warranty program is finally offering me a refund or replacement. After reading the reviews and seeing that other people have experienced this same problem.....I'm leaning toward a refund and going with a different brand. The ice maker tray is never full or even 1/4th full for that matter.

I like the layout of the fridge™€¦the flex drawer that can be either freezer or fridge is nice. We currently have it as a freezer and are using it for those narrow things we user regularly (like pizzas, hash browns, and frozen packs for lunch boxes). I like the look of it. The water spout on the inside edge of door still feels weird, but it works really well. This fridge is shallower front to back than our Previous one, and I was worried that would cause a problem, but so far it hasn™€™t™€¦we just end up not keeping junk past its date anymore.

We really enjoy the new fridge. The 3rd drawer is an especially nice feature. The crisper drawer had liners that come out, also a nice feature. Ice production is slow though, so this is the main reason it's not a 5 start rating.

My first time having a counter depth fridge and I don't think I'll ever go back. This fridge has great features and plenty of room for our family. I love the drawer! We use it as our deli tray since that's what gets eaten the most. The water in the edge of the door takes some getting used to, but I love not having a dispenser on the face of the fridge.

Overall we like the unit. But we didn™€™t realize the middle drawer can also be a freezer! Lost a whole drawer of produce the first day :(™€¦.also there shelving inside is limited on height options so we had to put things in door shelves we wouldn™€™t normally do. The trap doors under crispers are so shallow they are uses less waste of space. Would rather of had another notch to adjust shelving.

Recurring problem in cooling

This fridge has a fatal flaw keeps going bad. I brought it in 2023 and it has been repaired 3 times already. There is a small internal fan that transfers cooling from the freezer section to the fridge that keeps failing and the fridge stops cooling. Luckily I have a 5 year service plan, this keeps needing to be fixed. Really unfortunate

Only owned under a month. We chose this based on wanting to stay away from exterior ice/water based on repair concerns. So far pleased with the water dispenser in the door, amount of storage and deli/snack drawer. Went from a side by side so be aware of limited freezer storage if that™€™s a priority. One complaint is the ice produced. While the cube size is somewhat smaller and square (nice), the amount is not enough. The photo shows the amount produced overnight (starting with a partial amount in the tray). If you like ice, either by some ice tray which will lessen your storage or you may want to look at other options.

Had a good price point and the best features out of all of the models in the size I needed. Shelf space is a little lacking and the freezer tray inside the freezer door gets stuck inside the freezer when opened which can be a bit annoying. Ice maker is also a bit slow and only makes one type of ice but overall a good purchase. I™€™m happy with my decision and it looks nice. It also gets very cold, which I appreciate.

The refrigerator itself is exactly what I was looking for and I love it, however it was delivered with a damaged water filter. The customer service and repair experience has not been great. I've had the fridge for a month and a half and finally just received an email that the replacement part has shipped. This has taken so much longer than it should for a brand new appliance. I haven't been able to use the water or ice maker yet, but the rest of the fridge is great.

I love all the storage our new refrigerator has to offer! The middle drawer is wonderful and the fact you can change the temperature to refrigerate or freeze is a game changer!! I gave it 4 stars, only because the water dispenser is very sensitive, if you accidentally bump the dispense button, it will go off even if you don™€™t want it to. We just use the control lock on it now, so problem solved. Very happy with my purchase!!

Our kids love the door mounted water dispenser that they can reach themselves and I love the flex drawer that I know I can use for whatever I need to, be it freezer items one week or produce the next. 2 complaints: the ice maker seems really slow - it takes about 4 days to fill the bucket - and the adjustable compartments on the right hand door are awkward and feel like you're wasting space, however you position them. Overall, we have no regrets with this fridge!
