This refrigerator is very nice and is working as it should. Very quiet running. I really liked the ability to adjust the door to swing open on the left or right side.

I received this refrigerator through the Energy Savings Assistance Program and it is a blessing. It has lots of room, plenty of freezer space and it should lower my electric bill. I'm on a fixed income and I love my new appliances.

After 30 years I had to replace my Frigidaire refrigerator. In 30 years I never had a problem. Obviously it was a no brainer to replace it with a new Frigidaire. So far, so good. I do, however miss the egg and butter storage in the door.

Nice appliance for a smaller-sized kitchen, but still has a lot of space. More freezer space than my previous refrigerator, which was a similar model. I like that it has no handles to hit your head on!

The fridge lacks temperature indicators in the freezer and refrigerator sections which would have been most useful. Had to buy thermometers separately.

No, they don't make things like they use to but this refrigerator is top notch. Holding so much more than our old one yet fitting in the same place. i hope this will be our last refrigerator. so quiet, so nice . Thank you, On a personal note when I was a child you didn't get a refrigerator, you got a frigidaire! The brand speaks for itself

The day this refrigerator (mod. FFHT2045VW8) was delivered 07/20/2024 by Gibbel Home Services the installer could not get the doors to close and seal. I had to use duct tape to seal the doors when he left. Two more service calls, they found several parts missing, this was on a Friday. Tech. says he will rob the parts off a store model & return on Monday to install, that never happened. In fact, they quit taking calls and never returned. Doors still taped to keep closed. When Gibbel quit responding I contacted Frigidaire. Frigidaire sends A&E (Sears Factory Repair). A&E has made 5 service calls, ordered and replaced several parts and the doors are still taped shut. Now A&E has ordered both doors to be replaced and I'm waiting on the 9th service call in 4 months. A&E has now sent me a bill for almost $400 claiming I signed a contract, I DID NOT! I was supposed to have received a new refrigerator, the A&E tech says this is what happens when they start robbing parts off floor models.

It is smaller than expected but I should have gone to store rather than just ordering online. The one thing that bothers us is that the door has to be pushed shut. Our old one automatically closed and we have left this one ajar.

I had a small space but needed a larger size fridge. I love that this fits an 18 cu foot cut out but has a 20 cu foot capacity. Large door shelves left a lot of extra room on the shelves!

I absolutely love the curved lines of my frigidaire refridgerator.. The interior is more spacious than my old refrigerator, yet the overall size is smaller. Something very upscale about the vegetable bins....the bins are on rollers and really makes the biins more easily accessable. The whole refrigerator is upscale from my older. 'fridge.'..and it is quiet as well....

Works pretty well so far. It holds its temperature nicely. We've just started using it but everything seems good. It's nice and quiet. The only criticism would be that if you close the fridge door too hard, the freezer door pops open and close momentarily from the impact.

So far I™™m pleased with the room inside the fridge and the visibility as well. As for the top freezer a shelf would be better for organizing, but also roomy. I think lan to add an icemaker soon as living in the desert requires it.

Great value. Was on stock. Nice space for a smaller traditional fridge. Perfect fit for the space we have for it. Only thing I would note is that it™™s a bit noisy. Fine for a spare in the garage. I wouldn™™t want it in my living space.

I've only had the new refrigerator less than a month, so this review is not appropriate for it's long-term value. But I do have some comments: This new one replaces a Frigidaire that worked well for over 24 years, and truth be known, it was STILL working well... the problem was with the door, and replacement parts are not available. We 'taped' the door closed when we needed in it for over 3 weeks but finally decided to get a new one while they were still on sale. The salesman at Home Depot told me the new ones are made to only last 8-10 years. UGH!!! The new one is indeed made more "cheaply" in my opinion. The new one has a slightly larger freezer, which results in a slightly smaller refrigerator area. <don't like>. The deli tray is MUCH flimsier than the one in my old unit... and I'll have to be much more careful with it. <don't like> There is no dairy-tray in the door <don't like> but the shelves in the new unit are slightly larger <like>. The door shelves are SO MUCH FLIMSIER than the ones in my old unit.... so it's another thing I'll have to be very careful with. <don't like>. So far the unit is cooling/freezing OK. <like> The new unit is about an inch 'deeper' than the old one - so it 'sticks out' beyond the cabinets more <don't like>. It's a little 'shorter' than my old one <like, as I am only 5/2">, and it's about 1" less wide, which means I have 'gaps' (the unit has countertops on left/right sides) that I have to contend with <don't like>. The new handles (sunk into the door) are OK, and make for a more 'sleek look' <like>. I got a white one (DO NOT like the stainless) and was glad to have it delivered/installed with no problems. In summary, having to replace a major appliance is NOT my favorite thing, and learning that the new one will not last as long as the old one was VERY disappointing. But I'm sure you've heard that before! It's no longer a customer-oriented world.... it's a 'can we sell another one' world. All-in-all, though.... I'm satisfied with it so far, and how that the satisfaction continues.

I really live my new refrigerator. Looking at the outside of it, I didn't think it would be big enough for my needs. Boy was I wrong.! I looked inside and saw just how much room it had. It fits all my needs. If you are looking for a new refrigerator, consider this one.

I purchased Frigidaire 20.0 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator in May 2024 and 4 months later the motor stopped running, the items in the freezer began to thaw, and my refrigerator became lukewarm. All the recommended troubleshooting did not work and Customer Service is not available during the weekend. This lasted over 24 hours when it started working all on its own. Six days later it's shut off again. FRIGIDAIRE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They recommended a repair service in New Jersey, I'm in New York. Over 12 hours later and the repair service has yet to call us back to schedule an appointment and I am facing another weekend without a refrigerator.

Nice top freezer model with full deli drawer and produce drawers slide easily. Lots of door storage space. Cools very well at just a tad above recommended setting and thermometer reading varies at 38 to 40 degrees inside refrigerator. Also lightweight and easy to move when you have to clean.

I like the size and quietness of the new fridge. I was disappointed that little drawer on the side was not included. also you added an extra drawer the width of the fridge, which excluded the smaller drawer. the problem is I had to remove the extra full width drawer to get soup pots in my fridge. the spacing on the freezer is different than my other fridge. freezer is smaller even though the cubic feet supposedly are equal.
